Privacy Notice

Past Enlighten Tour Guides (Fort Road, Walled City, Lahore, Pakistan) runs this website. This notice explains what we do with the details you send us.

What we collect

Only what you type into our booking, custom-tour or feedback forms: for example your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, country, tour, travel dates, group size, pickup point, notes and any feedback or rating you give. We also keep the date and time you sent it and a scrambled (one-way hashed) version of your internet address, which helps us block spam. We don't keep your actual IP address.

Questions you ask Noor, our chat assistant, are saved without your name so we can see what travellers want to know and improve our answers and tours. Email addresses and phone numbers typed into the chat are removed automatically. Please don't share personal details in the chat; use the booking form or WhatsApp instead. If you leave a review through Noor, it is stored like any other review.

Why we use it

To reply to you, check availability, send a quote and arrange your tour.
To keep a record of requests and bookings so nothing gets lost.
To improve our tours using your feedback. We only show your review on the website if you tick the box that allows it.

We don't sell your details or use them for advertising.

Where it's stored and who can see it

Form details are stored in a private database that only our authorised staff can open, using a password-protected admin account. When you choose WhatsApp or email, your message also goes through WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider, under their own privacy policies.

This site also loads fonts and page tools from Google and other content networks, and offers Google Translate. Those services may receive your device's internet address when the page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep request details for up to two years after your tour or enquiry, then delete them, unless we must keep them longer for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 334 4770455 or email infopastenlighten@gmail.com. We'll reply within 30 days.
